Restaurant located in an old mansion that used to house the editorial department of El Imparcial, the paper from which it takes its name. Versatile space that includes a home décor shop and is split onto two floors. There are four rooms that serve different purposes depending on the occasion and the time of day. The kitchen is always open, from breakfast until dinner, and serves many dishes to share that are made with an updated authentic touch. List of classic cocktails and premium drinks to round off the table talk if the table turnover allows it, as it is always full. Everything at more than moderate prices.
