In the Lecrín Valley, within a luxury apartment complex, lies a space where centuries-old arches and thoughtful details set the tone for the visit. The cooking starts with Andalusian products and elevates them with technique, creativity and finesse in a tasting menu that may include anchovies, polenta agnolotti with garlic, sole or aguachile. The wine cellar supports the experience with sound judgement and quality, and everything unfolds with calm and coherence. It only opens in the evening, except on Sundays, when it serves lunch only. A gastronomic destination outside the urban circuit that is well worth the journey.
