This venue located on the thirty-third floor of the Torre Espacio has one of the best views of the capital and the mountain range beyond. Traditional, market-fresh cuisine. The speciality: steak tartare. À la carte or tasting menus with prices as high as the restaurant itself. Wine cellar with more than twenty designations of origin. The spacious dining room is elegant and understated, with huge windows. Good dining service. A couple of drawbacks: the building doesn’t have its own car park, and there are strict security controls at the entrance.
