This little gem is located next to the Matadero, in a quiet residential area of Legazpi. At the helm, a Brazilian chef creates a highly personal cuisine through two tasting menus in which vegetables take centre stage. Behind every dish lies technique, quality stocks and plenty of flavour. The wine list focuses on small producers and wines made with minimal intervention. The space, with large windows, a spacious bar facing the kitchen and tasteful interior design, pays attention to every detail, including the music. A small but excellent restaurant.
