Manolo Franco and his wife have renovated and updated this local bar, which his parents opened in 1969, converting it in a gastronomic restaurant. Food made with local produce featuring tempting, well-made concoctions, creative touches and some trompe l’oeil. Only tasting menus as well as a very affordable executive lunchtime set menu during the week. Comfortable and inviting dining room with modern furniture. Good, friendly service that’s eager to please. Short but well-chosen wine list. The food justifies the distance.
