This is the former home of Chinchón’s last town crier, converted into a restaurant in 2002; hence its name. Miriam Hernández, chef and owner, offers seasonal cuisine that puts a modern spin on traditional recipes. The menu features house classics and a tasting menu, all prepared using locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant boasts several dining rooms with tasteful décor, an indoor terrace and two balconies overlooking Chinchón’s Plaza Mayor. A place you simply can’t go wrong with.
