Small, charming English restaurant in the Lavapiés neighbourhood. With a few tables, an aluminium bar counter and a cheerful interior, here they offer good, home-made, Anglo-Saxon cuisine. They serve specialities such as potato skins with sour cream, homemade pâté, Shepherd’s pie and several roasted meats, including slow-roasted pork. Homemade desserts you just have to try - especially the lemon cake and the banana bread. If not for dessert, then for afternoon tea. They also have a good set lunch menu at a great price. A place that proves the variety of English fare, with good service and good atmosphere. You can’t go wrong here!
