Manolita Chen was a well-known vedette who spiced up Madrid’s cultural scene from the 1950s to the 1980s, and her niece decided to honour her memory by opening a restaurant that offers a fusion of Spanish and Asian (especially Chinese) cuisine. There’s something for everyone here, from rolls, maki, ssam and nigiri to duck gyoza with foie and soft-shelled crab. Spacious, comfortable interior with hints of the Orient.
