This young, New York-inspired project goes for a short but very well-crafted menu of cosmopolitan dishes designed for sharing. The tuna gilda, eel potato salad and dry-aged beef burger are among the house’s greatest hits. Only eleven burgers are prepared per service, so it’s worth arriving early to avoid missing out. The wine selection pays special attention to small producers. The venue combines a bar and high tables in a small, cosy space that feels particularly inviting at night. The basement serves as a private dining room. A place with soul and good vibes.
