This new project from Salvatore Romano (Totò e Peppino) presents Italian cuisine with a personal touch and nods to Spain. Among its highlights is the padellino, a reinvention of pizza with a lighter, airier dough, alongside a fine selection of pastas. The space is divided into two areas: the main restaurant and a more informal gastrobar with non-stop kitchen service from early morning until late at night. A different kind of Italian, one that breaks away from the conventional.
