This Korean restaurant is a hit in Madrid with a menu that is as simple as it is satisfying. The star of the show is the jokba, spicy pork knuckle cooked in soy sauce and spices, which alone is worth the visit. The menu is minimal and straight to the point, with different preparations of pork belly and kimchi, a few side dishes and a selection of Korean beers and spirits. That's it. Everything is homemade, well-seasoned and spicy. The owners themselves take care of the dining room and guide diners with warmth and ease. Booking is essential. Probably the most authentic Korean restaurant in Madrid.
