This is the first restaurant in Madrid belonging to the Valencian Group Arribamar, responsible for Q'Tomas, Barrafina and Hiro. The space is organised into several areas, with a main dining room with an open kitchen, another room with large windows and a spacious private room. In the kitchen, the Mediterranean sets the tone, with perfectly cooked rice dishes as the house hallmark. The offering is rounded off with grilled meat and fish, raw starters, fresh seafood, seasonal off-menu suggestions and a very comprehensive wine cellar. A tribute to Mediterranean ingredients and cuisine.
