Set inside the hotel of the same name and backed by a long history, this restaurant is one of the great classics of the area. The spacious dining rooms overlooking the beach and a pleasant terrace provide the setting for market-fresh cuisine in which lobster is the undisputed star. It is hard to describe and really has to be tasted. The menu is completed by fish and seafood, plus a dreamlike soufflé for dessert. The service is knowledgeable, gives good advice and remains at a high level. The restaurant also has its own live seafood tank, which can be visited. Booking is advisable, especially in summer and on fine-weather days.
