Renovated barn in a stunning natural setting in the upper Lozoya Valley. The focus is on roasts and flame or tile-grilled meats. The wood-fired roasted Aranda suckling lamb is a must. The menu also includes juicy portions of boiled Lerma chorizo and baked Burgos blood sausage. They serve game and wild mushrooms when in season. Homemade desserts.
