An unclassifiable concept inspired by butcher's cutting areas, with an industrial aesthetic marked by polystyrene boxes and slaughterhouse hooks on the ceiling. The large central table displays the product, with patrons on one side and service on the other. The menu is an order form which describes the goods, preparation, origin, ingredients and price. Everything is served in small portions and with original presentations. The picaha and bacon bites are especially recommended. The atmosphere is bustling and the space is small. An original and fun experience.
