This is the Triciclo Group’s grill house in the Las Letras neighbourhood. Its name means "fire" in Basque. They have the most authentic embers and grills on which they cook the best seasonal ingredients, which are done to perfection. Premium meats from Galicia, fish from the Cantabrian Sea, and vegetables from Tudela are the stars of the show. They also serve good traditional stews. The establishment has a bar area with high tables and a dining room with a lovely covered courtyard with an industrial feel, full of plants and natural light. You can't go wrong.
