The tavern from chef and owner Marian Reguera, where diners feel at home. At the entrance there is a Jerez-style stall, an informal bar serving fortified wine and a selection of tapas. Then, the dining room. Seasonal menu and excellent raw ingredients all prepared with TLC. Highlights include the salted delicacies, homemade marinated dishes and game. They also do half-platters. Everything is cooked to perfection. Very good service. It's impossible not to repeat the visit.
