It used to be the most iconic restaurant in the area with typical dishes from the Castilian recipe book, mainly revolving around roasted and grilled meat. Traditional, well-prepared cuisine. The shoulder of lamb and roasted suckling pig are two of the house specials that never disappoint. The different cuts of meat are another USP. In the season they also serve wild mushrooms and game. The different dining rooms and light-filled spaces with a greenhouse aesthetic create a relaxing, informal atmosphere. Attentive staff eager to please.
