Wine bar-restaurant located behind the Cibeles Palace run by two brothers: Pedro in the kitchen and Luis in the dining room. There is a bar at the entrance with an extraordinary selection of wines by the glass, tapas and platters. The dining room inside is classic and simple with a private area. Traditional seasonal cuisine based on a good selection of ingredients. The vegetables from their garden are spectacular. A wine cellar with more than seven hundred well-priced national and international references. Friendly, attentive staff who offer good advice on ordering. Great terrace.
