This is the most emblematic Cuban restaurant in Madrid, and first opened its doors more than fifty years ago. Always packed with people and good vibes. There is a bar counter and a few tables with checked tablecloths in a simple, charming dining room. Simple cuisine that is authentic, varied and delicious. The fried yuca, the avocado salad and the ropa vieja stew with rice come highly recommended. And make sure you try one of their excellent daiquiris. Frequented by Cubans that want to enjoy homemade fare from their motherland. Warm, friendly staff.
