One of the musts in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The owner and chef, Teto Bargueño, painstakingly selects the finest seasonal ingredients. Ambitious cuisine, with a few modern twists and lots of off-menu suggestions. Be sure to try their stews. They also serve good meat and fish. Extensive wine list, plus optional corkage service, and kind, friendly staff. Spacious premises with an outdoor terrace, a nice bar at the front and a dining room with very understated classic décor.
