Respect, simplicity and flavour are the three pillars of this venue with a special focus on fish and seafood. Inspired by Caleta de Vélez, the showcase displays gourmet bites such as white prawns, Norway lobster, Palamós red prawns, blackbelly rosefish, turbot, smooth clams and oysters. They also serve homemade recipes of meat dishes and stews. Some of the most typical offerings are the anchovy timbale with roast peppers and cod au gratin in aioli sauce. Attentive staff.
