Housed in the Hotel La Fructuosa in Gaucín, this fairy-tale restaurant oozes the true essence of Andalusia. With a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, the dishes on the à la carte menu range from duck magret with caramelised apple and red berry sauce to salmon with peanuts, baked aubergine and crunchy coral, rounded off with a selection of some very good home-made desserts.
