Situated in the heart of La Zambra Resort, this restaurant represents the gastronomic epicentre of Mijas. Passion and creativity define the chef’s offerings, with recipes that achieve a perfect balance between avant-garde and Malagueña tradition. Some of the signature dishes are the fried local fish with porra de piparra (chilled tomato and pepper soup), cured beef and roast marrow croquettes, and aged beef sirloin tartare served on a brioche.
