Traditional Mediterranean cuisine with hints of international fusion. Located in Rincón de la Victoria, this place is a breath of fresh air, different from the good beach bars and tapas bars that brighten up the town. It stands out for offering quality products and innovative cuisine. Oxtail croquettes, bravas (spicy potatoes) or red fruit salmorejo soup rub shoulders with multicultural recipes such as beef or pork cheek bao or Thai prawn croquettes with pilpil sauce. Extensive wine list. Good service that loses points because of the usual delay between courses. Not somewhere to go if you’re in a hurry.
