Here, the quality and freshness of the product take precedence over everything else. The restaurant features a bar counter for enjoying a proper omakase while watching the chef in action, a dining room, an area with high tables and a terrace. Nigiri, uramaki and tiradito in which every nuance is masterfully calibrated: the choice of fish, the preparation of the rice, the temperature.
