This is the personal project of chef Pepe Morales, who trained at the family-run Restaurante Morales. In an elegant and welcoming setting, he offers a market-fresh cuisine rooted in tradition but with a contemporary touch. The hake salad is one of the star dishes, but the menu also features dishes such as pork scratching with sweet potato Parmentier, cod cheeks in pilpil sauce and a daily stew served from Tuesday to Thursday. A passionate wine lover, the chef has built an impressive cellar. The terrace, overlooking the cathedral tower, is particularly sought-after.
