Specialising in rice dishes, this restaurant offers an unusual concept: a set menu with simple starters to share, fixed desserts and a rice dish as the main course. There are several options to choose from, most of them excellent: rabbit and snails, squid ink, seafood, lobster or chicken, among others. For those less keen on rice, there are a couple of alternative dishes available for an extra charge. The rice is prepared according to the typical Alicante recipe, with a thin layer and cooked over vine-shoot embers. The space is large, with a rustic feel and a children’s area. Booking is essential.
