María Gómez in the kitchen and her husband Adrián de Marcos in the dining room have been developing their project to turn their tapas bar into an haute cuisine restaurant that continues to improve with time. In an elegant dining room with eight well-spaced round tables, the cuisine rediscovers the culinary roots of Cartagena using local products, such as lamb from the Calblanque Regional Park or chato murciano pork. Highlights include an excellent escabeche, red tuna dishes and an extensive wine cellar, along with a superb cheese trolley. An exquisite experience.
