In this unique restaurant housed in a former paprika mill, chef Rodi Fernández pays homage to traditional Murcian cuisine, enhancing it with international touches, innovative techniques and beautiful presentations. His creations are fun and creative. Among the favourites are the lightly cured marinated fish roe, red tuna mojama, pistachio ajo verde soup, an unforgettable pigeon in its own jus and his creative desserts. All accompanied by a short but well-selected wine list and attentive staff. The space is welcoming and has an upper floor for events. A perfect blend of tradition and innovation in a constantly evolving cuisine.
