A lively, laid-back bar in Pamplona's Ensanche district, perfect for sharing tapas with friends. The cuisine, made with local products, combines traditional dishes such as potato salad, nachos, tortilla and ravioli with pork jowl with other street-style dishes and Asian influences, such as Asian-style chicken wings and prawn curry. Among the desserts, the tocino de cielo (a type of custard) is a big hit. Generous portions, well prepared and always a lively atmosphere. The menu changes frequently, but the classics remain. It's a good idea to book in advance because it's always full, which is a good sign.
