In the former home of the historic Casa Fandiño restaurant, Luis Moreno has created a new culinary sanctuary in a two-storey stone house that evokes nature and offers an intimate, serene setting. He presents two tasting menus that, like a river, are never the same and are faithful to the local ingredients selected by the chef himself. The restaurant’s name pays tribute to a poem by Rosalía de Castro, and his cuisine is equally poetic. Here, dining is unhurried, a celebration of seasonality, often accompanied by the voice of Luz Casal singing Negra Sombra. A special place where pleasure is guaranteed.
