Located near the Las Arribes del Duero Natural Park, this young project offers an updated take on traditional cuisine, based on quality seasonal products. The short but appealing menu features flavourful stews, as well as well-prepared meat and fish dishes. Highlights include the chickpeas with pork snout, the Iberian pork shoulder carpaccio and the tempura cod with black garlic aioli, all paired with an interesting wine list.
