Cuisine based on seasonal, locally-sourced produce and traditional flavours with creative touches. The à la carte menu changes several times throughout the year and is supplemented with daily specials according to whatever is available at the market. The dishes are impeccably executed and made with the finest ingredients. The rib-eye steak with patatones and Piquillo pepper confit is highly recommended, as are any of the stewed dishes. You can also choose an omakase menu where the chef decides what you eat. The décor is attractive and the venue includes a wine cellar and shop. A great discovery in Morón de la Frontera.
