One of the most emblematic establishments in La Granja de San Ildefonso, founded as a tavern in 1940 and has since evolved into a contemporary eatery that preserves its traditional soul. Its homestyle cooking, prepared with care, shines especially in its stews, with the judiones beans cooked in the traditional way as the star dish. Other highlights include patatas a la importancia (potatoes with garlic and olive oil), lamb stew and oxtail braised in red wine. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, ideal for unhurried meals. It only opens at lunchtime. A place that never disappoints.
