Brothers Jesús and Javier García have transformed the restaurant inherited from their parents into a true pilgrimage spot for ox meat lovers, which they raise themselves. The venue, featuring a bar and several classic-style dining rooms, welcomes families and groups alike. The menu revolves around different cuts and preparations, from carpaccios and cecina cold meat to sirloin and T-bone steak, all at reasonable prices. A wine list with more than two hundred labels completes an experience that combines tradition, quality and a genuine passion for meat.
