Housed in a stone building, this family-run restaurant with more than seventy years of history opens only for lunch. From the kitchen come dishes rooted in Aragonese tradition with a contemporary touch, where local ingredients take the spotlight without disguise. Vegetables that taste of the garden, flavourful meats and the occasional nod to the sea. Whether ordering à la carte or from one of the set menus, everything reflects thoughtful, well-crafted cooking: from Wagyu carpaccio with Matarraña cheese to roast ternasco lamb, rice with plankton and kokotxas or grilled octopus. A classic that has managed to innovate without ever losing touch with its roots.
