A combination of flavours and textures, impeccable technique, and beautiful presentations. The two tasting menus offer three carefully-selected pairing options, primarily with local wines. Professional and attentive service. The space is small and cosy, and its simplicity is surprising given the quality of the food. It is recommended to sit at the bar to interact with the chef and his team. Booking is essential. A great experience.
