Founded in 1981 on the remains of the ancient Roman circus, it is the only century-old restaurant in Castilla-La Mancha. A place steeped in history, visited by many famous figures, which maintains a solid gastronomic offering based on traditional cuisine. Their specialities include stewed partridge and wood-fired oven roasts, as well as a good selection of rice dishes and the famous Sagra cocido stew. The dining rooms, decorated with coffered ceilings, works of art and antique objects, the terraces and the private rooms create an elegant atmosphere full of character. A classic among classics.
