Located in a quiet area fifteen minutes from the city, this charming restaurant specialises in rice dishes. The à la carte menu includes traditional starters, such as flatbreads, ajoarriero cod and esgarraet (grilled red pepper and cod salad), and select meat dishes. Valencian paella is the bestseller but there are other interesting options, such as rice with octopus tempura and cassola d’Ontinyent (oven-baked rice with beef, pork, turnip, garlic, blood sausage and chickpeas). Order this latter dish in advance. Ideal for a quiet meal on the spectacular terrace.
