An establishment founded over a hundred years ago that has gradually become one of the finest taverns in the Cabanyal area. The authentic décor takes you back in time to a typical sixties’ bar. Their legendary potato omelettes are to die for, and the other omelettes with original combinations like chistorra sausage and vermouth, sobrasada sausage and cheese, and fig, red onion, Gouda and Edam are just as good. The oven-baked rice is superb, but you have to order it in advance. Assorted classic tapas complete the à la carte menu. Magnificent service. A must if you're in the area.
