Emblematic restaurant in the Valencian province. Located in a typical Valencian-style building, it is a large space divided into several indoor and outdoor dining areas, bathed in natural light. Known as the "rice cathedral", it is undeniable that rice is their speciality. Enjoy one of the more than thirty varieties on the menu: Valencian-style paella, reguerot (duck, leeks, artichokes and young garlic), allipebrat (rice with eel), rice with lobster, and many more.
