One of the most outstanding restaurants in Cullera, offering Mediterranean cuisine combined with innovative, avant-garde dishes and an extensive wine list. The standouts are the rice dishes, all of which are impeccable, but you’ll also find some interesting proposals like the catch of the day, white prawn salad and flame-grilled aubergine with smoked eel and goat butter. During the low season, check the opening hours as they don’t open every day and are closed in January and February. A must.
