Located in a little town in Valencia, this restaurant offers Mediterranean dishes to share. It is run by a married couple: she prepares the dishes, while he waits tables. They use local ingredients, like fish from the nearby Cullera fish market. The dishes are surprising and are served when they are ready, in no particular order. Their cocas are their strong point, served with top quality ingredients. Limited wine list, but at times surprising. Slowish service when the restaurant is full. Check the timetable in advance, as they do not open every day. Excellent option for stepping outside the typical routes.
