Grupo Xtra, Forty Group and Grupo Montoro have joined forces at the Sky Business Centre in Manises, next to Valencia Airport, with a concept that combines fine dining and leisure. Under the culinary direction of Pablo Montoro, the restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, specialising in charcoal-grilled dishes and wood-fired rice dishes. During the week, the atmosphere is particularly well-suited to business lunches. From Thursday onwards, the pace changes and the venue takes on a more social atmosphere, with music, a DJ and signature cocktails. A place that knows how to adapt to the time of day and whatever the occasion.
