Located in the Ayora neighbourhood, this small restaurant with simple yet cosy décor is one of the city’s hidden gems. It’s surprising that such high-quality dishes come out of a tiny kitchen where only one person can work at a time. The short menu, designed for sharing, changes regularly, making it easy to come back again and again without getting bored. With vegetables from their own garden, daily homemade sourdough bread and artisanal pickles, their cooking is full of contrasts and bold flavour combinations with excellent results. It doesn't have the best location nor the best decor, but the food is wonderful. A fantastic discovery.
