Located in a residential area of the Valencian countryside some twenty kilometres outside the city, this is one of the few restaurants that continue to prepare paella over a wood fire, in the traditional way. Their dry and creamy rice dishes are the stars of the show, but you can also order regional tapas, like grilled red pepper and cod salad, cod meatballs, or grilled meats. Be sure to try one of their special rice dishes, like rice with duck and saffron milk caps. Very reasonably-priced set lunch menu. The restaurant has a spacious dining area with classic décor, a private dining room, an outdoor seating area and a playground. Traditional Valencian cuisine that is a sure bet.
