Family restaurant founded in 1982 at the end of the road from Valencia to El Palmar, alongside the rice paddies and La Albufera. Glassed-in seating with linen-draped tables and gorgeous views. Specialising in rice dishes prepared over a wood fire and in regional dishes, all prepared with high quality ingredients.
