The East meets the West in the food offered at this spot in Colón market. Nice premises with an open kitchen where you can see the team in action. Chef Steve Anderson draws on his grandmother’s recipes offering dishes and flavours not usually found in the city. His hits include the prawn won ton, the Singapore-style crab and the monkfish in green curry. They have set lunch and dinner menus that change twice a month. Excellent value for money. Different, bold combinations that never fail to impress.
