An advertiser-turned-cook and a journalist have launched this unique project in Gandía, offering something different from the usual fare. He manages the kitchen while she runs the dining room in a two-person operation. Their tasting menu, which changes with the market, showcases fresh, local seafood and produce with creative twists. With just five tables for ten diners, it offers an intimate dining experience. Open Thursday to Saturday only. Despite being a relatively new establishment, it is quickly becoming a must-visit.
